Registration for the 2017 True Grit Ride 100 is open. Online registration for the 2017 True Grit Ride 100 and Mountain Bike Ride is ENCOURAGED and we absorb all the online registration fees for your convenience. Early registration is ENCOURAGED to insure your correct T-shirt size. We realize participants like to wait for various reasons to register. We are asking participants to support the Community Services Clearinghouse efforts by registering early regardless. It is a once a year $50, $40, or $35 (depending on the event) contribution to an organization who really works hard to feed children and families in our backyards/neighborhoods who would otherwise do without.
PLEASE REGISTER EARLY! Online registration closes on June 21, 2017 at 5:00 PM. (CST) CHARTER MEMBERS are already registered each year! Notify us if your address/phone number or t-shirt size has changed. Pick-up your packet and sign your waiver and you can hit the road. Participants who missed the online registration may register Friday, June 23, 2016 at the Community Services Clearinghouse located at 4420 Wheeler Avenue, Fort Smith, Arkansas. (479) 782-5074. Registration will be open from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Participants may also register the morning of the ride at the start/finish line at 7313 Terry St., Ft. Smith, AR (Chaffee Crossing). Packet Pick-Up: Participants and Charter Members may pick their packet up from the Community Services Clearinghouse beginning Friday, June 23, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM or Saturday morning at 7313 Terry St., Ft. Smith, AR (Chaffee Crossing) beginning at 6:30 AM. Note: Charter members have their own table at packet pick-up for your convenience.
Entry Information: Each participant must sign a waiver when picking up their packet. Participant’s signature is required. Packets will only be distributed to participants at registration. Participants must pick up their own packet, the only exception being a parent or guardian picking up a packet for their minor.
Riders under the age of 18 must have approval of parent or guardian to participate in the True Grit Ride 100, including the 10 mile ride. Children participating in the 10 mile ride must be accompanied by an adult.
Photo ID and participant’s signature are required at time of packet pick-up.
Minimum age of riders participating in the 10, 28, 42, Metric Century 62 and True Grit 100 road ride or the 15 mile Guided Mountain Bike Tour must be 12 years old on the day of the ride.
